Nathalie is a clinical integrative nutritionist and health-supportive chef. She has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is also a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City (now the Natural Gourmet Center at the Institute for Culinary Education).
Nathalie has personal and professional experience in seeing the role food and nutrients play in healing. Having cooked privately for clients with cancer, fertility, and mental health troubles, she is keenly aware of the deep connection that food has with our overall wellness. No two people experience health or disease in the same way. We each have our own story and that includes our health story.
She is passionate about helping others achieve wellness through diet changes but also with other lifestyle changes, too. She's also passionate about the kitchen and cooking and knows the power of healing that comes from your own kitchen. She believes that we each have the power and capacity to be well and happy. Feeling great is within reach for all of us.
