ABOUT NATHALIE

Nathalie Curabba, MS, CNS, LDN, is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist®, Licensed Dietary Nutritionist, and Health-supportive Chef. She has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health.

She is also a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City (now the Natural Gourmet Center at the Institute for Culinary Education).

Nathalie has personal and professional experience in seeing the role food and nutrients play in healing. Having cooked privately for clients with cancer, fertility, and mental health troubles, she is keenly aware of the deep connection that food and nutrients have with our overall wellness. No two people experience health or disease in the same way. Everyone has their own unique story and that includes their health story.

She is passionate about helping others achieve wellness through diet and lifestyle changes. She's also passionate about the kitchen and cooking and knows the power of healing that comes from your own kitchen. She believes that we each have the power and capacity to heal, which leads to overall wellness and yes, happiness. Feeling GREAT (not just ok) is more than possible and it is within reach for all of us.

Nathalie's practice is centered on helping you feel whole, happy, and connected again, which really all translates to being healthy. She works with children and their often tired mamas.

Associations/Continuing Education:

  • Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS)

  • Licensed Dietary Nutritionist (Maryland)

  • Professional Member of the American Nutrition Association (ANA)

  • ANA Personalized Nutrition Summit 2022: Nutrition for Mental Health

A few extra tidbits about Nathalie:

  • She lives in the UAE with her husband, 2 daughters, and their new Saluki named Maggie.

  • Besides spending time in the kitchen, she loves spending time outside whether it's at the beach, in the mountains, or strolling through a city.

  • She was a happy vegetarian for 10 years and had the humbling experience of having to change that...for health reasons.

I'd love to know how I can best help you. Please reach out to see if we're a good match. If not, chances are that I may know someone who could be.
