ABOUT NATHALIE
Nathalie Curabba, MS, CNS, LDN, is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist®, Licensed Dietary Nutritionist, and Health-supportive Chef. She has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
She is also a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City (now the Natural Gourmet Center at the Institute for Culinary Education).
Nathalie brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to understanding the critical role that food and nutrients play in healing. Having cooked privately for clients navigating challenges like cancer, fertility concerns, and mental health issues, she deeply appreciates the profound connection between food, nutrition, and overall wellness. Nathalie recognizes that health and disease manifest uniquely for everyone, with each person’s journey reflecting their individual story.
Passionate about empowering others to achieve wellness through diet and lifestyle changes, Nathalie believes in the transformative power of the kitchen. She knows that healing can start with the food we prepare ourselves. She firmly believes that everyone has the potential to heal, fostering not only physical health but also happiness. Feeling truly great—not just okay—is attainable and within reach for all.
Nathalie’s practice focuses on helping individuals feel whole, happy, and connected, which ultimately translates to optimal health. Recently, her work has concentrated on autoimmune conditions, particularly Hashimoto’s, and metabolic health issues. She collaborates closely with women, children, and often their hard-working, tired mothers to support their unique health needs.

A Few Personal Tidbits:
Nathalie currently lives in the UAE with her husband, two daughters, and their playful rescue dogs, Maggie and Bruno. When not experimenting in the kitchen, she loves spending time outdoors, whether at the beach, in the mountains, or exploring vibrant city streets. Formerly a committed vegetarian for 10 years, she experienced a humbling journey of adjusting her diet for health reasons, a shift that deepened her understanding of personalized nutrition.
Nathalie would love to explore how she can support your wellness journey. Feel free to reach out to see if you’re a good fit—and if not, she’s happy to connect you with someone who might be.
