My recommendation is to download these and laminate them. They can be used with a whiteboard marker and then wiped clean as needed.

Play a game with your kids and let them accrue points all week long as they keep track of the colorful foods they eat.

Now that your kids have got their food colors, let them investigate their favorite and lease favorite food textures.

Get your kids thinking about their favorite real foods and what colors they are. This awareness-building activity helps kids (and you) make better food decisions.
