Makes 20 bars
You’ll need:

2 C pitted dates
-
2 T coconut oil
-
2 T nut butter (peanut or almond)

¼ C sunflower seeds
-
¼ C sesame seeds
-
¼ C pumpkin seeds
-
2 T hemp seeds
-
¼ -½ C shredded coconut
-
½ C corn flakes
-
3 T chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional)
To make:

Place dates and coconut oil in a food processor and process until a thick paste is formed.

Slowly add the rest of the ingredients, one by one, and process each until well combined.

When everything is combined, place paste in a glass baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press the paste in evenly.

Refrigerate for 2+ hours to set.

With a knife that has been coated in coconut oil, slice the paste into squares of desired size.
